The problem
Cash books get messy fast
School savings counters handle small notes all day. Miss one line or mistype a total, and the month-end report will not match the cash in hand.
SANTRA is for that desk. Post each deposit, see balances, print a PDF when the head teacher asks, and keep everything on the PC you already use, even if the internet drops.

01What is SANTRA?
SANTRA is a desktop app for school student savings ledgers. Staff record deposits and withdrawals, see running balances, post contra entries between SB, FD and cash in hand, and print PDF reports. The ledger file stays on the school PC, not in the cloud.
02Does it need internet?
No. After install, daily counter work runs fully offline. The SQLite ledger lives on the school computer, so deposits and reports still work when the connection drops. You only need the network to message us for setup or updates.
03How do we get a copy?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your school name and that you need SANTRA for student savings. We reply with the Windows or Linux installer and staff login details. There is no public download button on this page. Each school is set up by hand.
04Who can sign in?
Only staff whose school already has SANTRA installed. Open the app on that school PC and use the username and password we issued for your school. This website has no staff login. Sign-in lives inside the desktop app.
05Is there a cost?
SANTRA is provided to schools we onboard. Fees are not listed here because each school conversation is different. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will explain everything clearly before you install anything.
